This Privacy Policy applies personal data processed within our business, including our website, and our other and related services (“Services”). The terms “WEGAN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” include WEGAN GROUP Ltd. and our affiliates.

            1. When comment ratings are enabled WP Recipe Maker stores the rating a user has given to a recipe along with the personal data WordPress core stores.
            2. When user ratings are enabled WP Recipe Maker stores the IP address upon voting. This is used as (one of the) measures to prevent rating spam.
            3. With the Recipe Submission feature personal data can be collected, depending on the fields that were added to the form. This can include the user email and name. When using the reCAPTCHA feature you will be agreeing to their terms of use and privacy policy.
            4. The cookies used by WP Recipe Maker are stored for 30 days. User submitted data is stored indefinitely in the local database.

  1. APIs and SDKs We may use third party application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs) as part of the functionality of our Services.   1. HOW LONG WE MAY RETAIN AND PROCESS THE DATA?
    1. We may retain the personal data we have received and collected from you as defined in this Privacy Policy for as long as necessary for the purpose they have been collected for. WEGAN may process your personal data for as long as the customer relationship between you and us exists, and until the end of the calendar year following the 3rd year thereafter.

        1. any personal data collected for purposes related to a contract between us and the user will be retained until the end of the calendar year following the 3rd year after such contract has been fully performed;
        2. any personal data collected for the purposes of our legitimate interests will be retained as long as needed for such purposes

        3. we may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period if required to do so due to a legal obligation or an order of an authority
        4. once the retention period expires or when a contract has been fully performed, personal data will be deleted. Consequently, some of your rights may not be enforced after the deletion.
